What’s free, and what you’re buying
The Tekton Report is free. It includes the intake pack (guides, six audits, and a report template), one analysis of the report you submit, and the full findings: scores, named risks, and the skills selected for your project, each with why. No purchase is required to receive it.
The purchase is a Finishing Pass: $149, one-time. It unlocks, on a report you already have: every selected skill’s full body, the working procedure, downloads, and one re-check of a revised report after the work. Full detail is on the pricing page, which is part of the deal as described.
What Tekton is and isn’t
Tekton is a method and a curated library. It is not an agency, not an audit firm, and a pass is not a certification of your product. We make no guarantees about outcomes: we promise a systematic reading of the report you provide and a clear set of instructions based on it. Your product remains yours, and decisions about it, including whether and when to launch, remain your responsibility.
Our reading works from your agent’s report. We never access your code or infrastructure, so our output can only be as complete as the report it reads.
Your part
- Submit a report you have the right to share, about a project you have the right to work on.
- Don’t include other people’s confidential information or personal data in the report beyond what the audits ask for. The audits are designed not to need it.
- Use the service lawfully, and don’t probe, overload, or abuse it.
Refunds
The report is free, so refunds concern only the pass: if it didn’t help, reply to your receipt within fourteen days of purchase and we’ll refund it. No form, no interrogation.
Your content
Your application and your report stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including via the service providers named in the privacy policy, for the sole purpose of providing the service, and to look at them when something breaks or to improve the method.
Our content
The intake pack, the skills, and the Tekton Report we produce for you are licensed to you for use on your own projects. Use them, keep them, apply them with any agent you like. Please don’t republish or resell the pack or the library itself; the library is the product.
Plain-language disclaimer and liability cap
We promise care and method, not outcomes. To the extent the law allows: the service is provided “as is,” and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law doesn’t let us exclude.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and its date. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, a default chosen for this template and subject to counsel’s review.
