Fill out a short form at /start about your project: what it does, what you built it with, where it stands, and what worries you. No call, no sales meeting, no credit card. As soon as you send it, you get a private link with your intake pack.

The pack is a set of plain checklists written for the AI agent that built your product. It covers the same ground the report scores. Your agent works through them one at a time.

One rule: honest, not reassuring. A gap your agent names is a gap you can fix.

The pack ends with a report to fill in. Your agent runs the checks and writes down what it finds. You read it over, decide what to include, and paste it back at your private link. Your code stays on your machine. We only ever see the report.

We read your report and send back where your project stands: a score for each of the eight areas, the findings behind each score, the top risks in plain language, and the exact list of fixes your project needs, each with the reason it made the list.

The report tells you what to fix. The Finishing Pass tells your agent how: full step-by-step instructions for every fix on your list, in the right order. If the report says you are already close, it says so, and you can skip the pass.

Work the fixes one at a time, running each check as you go. When the list is done, resubmit your report and the included re-check returns an updated Tekton Report, so you can see the gaps are really closed.
